Bad Piggies When Pigs Fly level V is three-starred in one step. This was one of the hardest levels to three-star, I believe, but the method in the video actually has some consistency. Note that at the top of the screen, you must manually pop balloons, and try to replicate the order in which they are popped. This will help stabilize the aircraft.
